My name is Alejandro Adame, and I’m a

Houston-based photographer and marketing student at the University of Houston–Clear Lake. My journey with photography began in my junior year of high school, when I first picked up a camera as my wrestling team’s photographer. What started as a way to support my team quickly grew into both a business and a passion that continues to drive me today.

Since then, I’ve expanded my work from school gyms to major competitions. I’ve photographed for Phlox Photography, covering the state tournament for MaxPreps, and I’ve had the privilege of capturing Texas USA Wrestling events—including Freestyle and Greco State Championships. Alongside sports, I specialize in portraits, senior sessions, and events such as weddings and homecomings—moments where I can blend creativity with storytelling.

I’d describe my photography style as creative with an airy, soothing tone—a mix that brings out both energy and emotion in every shot. My clients often tell me I break the stereotype that “fast, cheap, and good” can’t exist together. I pride myself on combining quick delivery, an easygoing personality, and strong attention to detail to create high-quality images people love.

What inspires me most is capturing authentic moments—the light in someone’s eyes when they don’t even realize the camera is on them. Photography allows me to freeze those fleeting, genuine emotions and turn them into memories that last.

On a personal level, I draw inspiration from my family—especially my parents and my sisters, Alissabella and Alexali, and my late sister Victoria, whose memory continues to guide me. My long-term dream is to continue building my photography business while pursuing opportunities to shoot for major sports teams across all levels.

For me, photography isn’t just about pictures—it’s about telling stories, honoring memories, and giving people something they can hold onto forever.
